You can download wscltest from Source Forge, at the download section. You'll find three files:
- wscltest-bin.zip: the executables, both for Linux and Windows.
- wscltest.tar.gz: source code, in a MonoDevelop project, with scripts to build and install wscltest.
- wscltest-src-sharpdevelop: source code in a sharp develop project, to ease the development on Windows platform.
